Matthew Farwell’s Defense Claims the FBI Did WHAT to the Medical Examiner?!

Before trial, Farwell’s defense filed a motion accusing federal investigators of pressuring the medical examiner who performed Sandra Birchmore’s autopsy into changing her original finding. The government says there is no evidence or good-faith basis for the claim. The defense also told the jury that Sandra was on psychiatric medication since age six, that her death was impulsive, and that Farwell’s DNA was excluded from under her fingernails. Tony and Bob Motta ask whether the pressured-examiner argument is the most powerful card the defense holds — because it makes the prosecution the ones who allegedly manufactured the case.
