Lindsay Clancy’s Holdout Googled THIS Because He’d Never Heard of It

Published by Tony Brueski on

Lindsay Clancy holdout juror news from the November 2nd double jeopardy hearing: the defense wants the phone of the one man who wouldn’t vote not guilty by reason of insanity. His spokesperson says he googled a term he’d never heard of in his life. He says phones only came out on breaks, and through his lawyer he’s said he had no doubts. Another juror says he told the room neither side proved its case. Reddington also claims the holdout wasn’t honest about his criminal history on a jury form Massachusetts keeps confidential, while his lawyer says he disclosed a prior arrest. The defense wants the charges dismissed for good, arguing Sullivan had a lawful reason to swap him for an alternate. Listen for what the judge already ruled in October, and why it may not matter what that phone shows.
