Lindsay Clancy’s Lawyer Wants the Judge He Just Attacked for Her Retrial

Jennifer Sprague told Judge Sullivan that prosecutors will retry Lindsay Clancy. She would not say for what. Reddington asked why the charge is a secret when eleven of twelve jurors said she was too sick to be guilty. In the same November 2nd hearing, Reddington asked Sullivan to keep the case through the retrial — less than an hour after arguing Sullivan got the mistrial wrong. Sullivan turns 70 in June and faces mandatory retirement. Prosecutors filed a motion to gag Reddington from speaking publicly about the case. The holdout juror’s attorney warned the court that the defense’s campaign against her client sends one message to every potential juror: agree or get investigated.
