Siders 16 Kids: His Attorney Said WHAT About Those Charges?! - Hidden Killers With Tony Brueski | True Crime News & Commentary

Gary Siders Senior was wheeled into a Vinton County courtroom on September 9th and found incompetent to stand trial. Not restorable. Sixteen counts of child endangerment — one for each child found in a twelve-by-twelve-foot room in Hamden, Ohio. He's already out of jail on a recognizance bond. His attorney says the prosecution is coming to a quick end. Investigators found those sixteen children by accident in June while serving a DNA warrant on a different case. The children hadn't been enrolled in school. Some couldn't speak. CPS investigated this family twice — in 2020 and 2021 — documented developmental delays in children as young as five, and closed the case both times. Doctors warned the court the kids would lose care. The court shut the file.
