Matthew Farwell Signed Off a Goodbye to a Friend With THIS

Published by Tony Brueski on

Prosecutors say Matthew Farwell, a former Stoughton police detective, wrote his closest friend a goodbye eleven days before he drove his truck head-on into a utility pole. By their account, he wrote it the day reports surfaced that the Birchmore family’s pathologist had deemed Sandra’s death a homicide.

In it, they say, he told that friend he’d see him “on the other side.” The FBI was already on the case when he crashed near his Easton home. Police reports say the pole snapped in two and every airbag went off.

The state says he strangled a pregnant Sandra and staged it as a suicide. He’s pleaded not guilty.

Prosecutor turned defense lawyer Eric Faddis and Robin Dreeke, once the FBI’s behavioral chief, are with me. Judging how Farwell acted after Sandra was gone takes no medical training, and that’s where we start.
