Caleb Flynn AND JP Miller Hid Behind Faith — Then WHAT Happened?!
One was a worship leader in small-town Ohio who told American Idol cameras he loved his wife more than anything. The other was a Myrtle Beach megachurch pastor whose congregation shielded him while his estranged wife allegedly lived in fear. Caleb Flynn is on trial in Miami County, Ohio, for the aggravated murder of his wife Ashley, 37, who was shot twice in the head inside their Tipp City home on February 16, 2026. Prosecutors allege he staged the scene as a home invasion and put on a performance for the 911 dispatcher. Investigators saw through it within hours. He was arrested in 82 hours and indicted on 11 charges. His bond was set at $3.5 million. His alleged mistress and his own daughters are set to testify for the prosecution. John-Paul Miller faces federal charges of cyberstalking and making false statements to investigators. The indictment alleges he tracked Mica Miller’s vehicle, called her more than 50 times in a day, and posted intimate images without her consent. The alleged harassment ran from November 2022 until her death on April 27, 2024. Mica’s death was ruled a suicide. Solid Rock Church is closed.
Miller’s trial is set for October 2026.
