Gypsy Rose Went From “I Don’t Know” to This on Ken Urker

Gypsy Rose’s account of Ken Urker’s death has moved, and the evidence hasn’t. Soon after he was found dead on October 1st, she told People he likely overdosed and she didn’t know if it was on purpose. In her updated Kenan’s Law petition three weeks later, she says she’s 100 percent sure it wasn’t suicide, while admitting the cause is still pending toxicology. The Lafourche Parish sheriff’s report describes a gun in a holster on his nightstand, two shot glasses, a syringe, and syringes with a brown powder in the bathroom, and his face and arms were blue. Robin Dreeke and I ask whether that scene reads one way or looks too placed, and why Gypsy wants a federal law built on bullying claims when what people said about Ken was about the letters he wrote her years ago.
