d4vd’s Security Guard Did WHAT for Him?!

Sheldon Jacques lived full-time in d4vd’s Hollywood Hills home for six months. The lawsuit says he helped make what happened there possible.

The wrongful death complaint names ten defendants. Jacques faces the sharpest allegations: that he helped remove Celeste from her family, transported her, and arranged Burke’s continued access to her.

Celeste Rivas Hernandez was reported missing three times in seven weeks. Her family told authorities each time. The pattern resumed.

Colleen Burke — d4vd’s mother — allegedly managed his finances and approved the bills. Josh Marshall booked international tours prosecutors say included Celeste.

Burke’s former financial manager testified he earned roughly ten to eleven and a half million dollars between 2023 and 2025. Three attorneys withdrew from his defense on August 31, the same day he pleaded not guilty.

The family’s attorney alleges Burke transferred assets to his mother and that the inner circle profited.
