Clancy, Nolan Wells, and the Siders 16 Kids: Coffindaffer on WHAT?!

Published by Tony Brueski on

One conversation. Three cases. Every angle covered.

Lindsay Clancy’s murder trial begins with jury selection July 20. The prosecution’s key evidence: she allegedly checked Apple Maps to time her husband’s fifty-four-minute errand. The defense: nine medications, command hallucinations, and a medical system that failed her at every checkpoint. The judge blocked mothers from testifying about their own psychosis.

Nolan Wells went to Horn Island for the Fourth of July with friends who came home without him. His body was found two days later. The friends are telling investigators different stories. The family says his digital data was wiped. The FBI is involved but says the sheriff has jurisdiction.

Sixteen children were found in a twelve-by-twelve room in Ohio. Some couldn’t speak. One was critical. DNA testing is underway after the AG described the situation as “intrafamily.” A gag order has stopped every official from talking.

Jennifer Coffindaffer, retired FBI Special Agent, goes case by case with Tony and Robin. She examines whether psychosis and premeditation can coexist in the Clancy case, what the conflicting accounts from Nolan Wells’ friends reveal about the investigation’s direction, and what the Siders DNA testing could mean for additional charges beyond child endangerment.

Three different cases. Three different institutions that failed. Coffindaffer connects the thread.
