Caleb Flynn’s Timeline Went From Five Minutes to Five Seconds

The detective was explaining paperwork. Search warrants, phone downloads, next steps. And Caleb Flynn interrupted him: it feels like you guys are pointing it to me. Nobody accused him. Then he added that he’d never laid a hand on his wife — an answer to a question nobody had asked.

His timeline collapsed in the same interview. He told Morgan he froze for two to five minutes after the gunshots. When Morgan repeated that number, Caleb walked it down to five seconds. And then there was the handgun. Caleb said it was in the center console of his truck in the garage. The console was found open. The gun was gone. Never recovered. Only his two daughters and Ashley knew it was there.
